Personal Training Sessions

You can exercise at a time and place to suit you and see real progress towards your health and fitness goals. Training sessions take place at your home, office, or in the great outdoors. I travel to you and have the necessary equipment to accommodate many exercise abilities.

Sessions are varied, enjoyable and challenging as I offer each client safe and effective instruction which is unique and tailored. Every client is an individual and has different needs mentally and physically. If needed areas such as diet advice, and stress management can be covered.

Group Training Sessions

I offer group exercise sessions based around lunch breaks, after-work hours at the office, home or the outdoors. Why not team up with a few friends and make it even more fun and affordable and get the results and motivation you have been looking for (Min of 3).

Sport Specific / Events

If you are looking to get fit for a specific challenge or sport for example, a ski holiday, I can help to train and target specific body areas such as legs and abdominals for strength and improve your balance skills needed for this activity. You may want to get fit to run the Race for Life, Great South Run, or even fitter for The London Marathon. Alternatively you may be looking to lose weight for a special occasion such as a wedding or exotic holiday.

Weight Management / Nutrition Advice

This will consist of analysing your eating habits, giving you the correct dietary advice and any behaviour changes that need to be addressed. You will be asked to keep a food diary for several weeks and together with an effective exercise programme this will give you safe, maintainable weight loss.

Health Assessment / Fitness Testing

From the beginning it is important that a health and fitness assessment be carried out. This is important as it will help me to devise safe and effective exercise sessions appropriate for your age, gender and current exercise ability. It is also a starting point as all appropriate tests are recorded and repeated again to measure progress.

The health and fitness assessment can be conducted separately for any individual who would like to find out about their current health and fitness levels.

Free Consultation

The free consultation is about gathering information about your lifestyle, goals, past exercise and medical history. This is important as it helps me to assess your suitability for training and for you to meet me in person and ask relevant questions.
