A Pilates programme will help to strengthen the core muscles and alleviate aches and pains in joints. It is a great way to relax and de-stress the mind. Classes aim to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability.

Regardless of age, ability or fitness level Pilates is beneficial for all.
